Shipping & Delivery
We are delighted to now offer flat rate shipping Australia wide with Austraila Post's eParcel Service for $9.95. Orders sent via the eParcel service usually take between 3-5 business days to be delivered. Regional areas can have an additional 1-2 wait for delivery.

Our orders are processed by our warehouse at 10.00am (AEST) and orders placed before this time on business days (in South Australia) will be dispatched that day. Orders placed after 10.00am (AEST) will be dispatched on the next business day. If you urgently require your order we suggest selecting the Express Post option at the check-out. Our warehouse is located in Adelaide and unfortunately cannot accept personal visitors to collect orders due to occupational health and safety reasons.

Unfortunately due to high shipping costs we are unable to offer international shipping. If you are an overseas resident wishing to have a gift delivered to an Australian address we have a delivery option at the checkout to allow you to do this.

SE10 Gallery assures all its customers that we will protect your right to privacy. Any personal details supplied to us will not be disclosed, sold or rented to any individual or entity. Orders can be made online via the SE10 Gallery secure server. All information remains confidential and is protected for your privacy.
Returns & Replacements
We hope you'll be impressed with your order. If upon receiving your order you are unhappy with any item please contact us within 7 days and return the item(s) in the original packaging and condition within 14 days and we will be happy to issue you with a refund or exchange an item if preferred. If you find that your selection is faulty or has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your purchase and we will arrange an exchange (or a refund if the product is out of stock). Please note that exchanges will be given if the item is unused with labels intact. All items exchanged due to change of mind will incur an extra delivery charge at the expense of the customer. There are no refunds or exchange on sale items. All returns are to be posted to the below address;

Missing Orders
All orders sent by SE10 Gallery will have a tracking number. Before contacting us to check on your delivery please enter your tracking number into the Australia Post website to see the tracking information. If for any reason your package does not arrive within a reasonable time please contact us so we can investigate it for you.
We accept Visa and Mastercard payments directly on our website via PayPal. If you experience problems with your credit card unfortunately we are unable to intervene, often banks put temporary stops on credit cards to protect against fraud so if you are experiencing issues with your card we suggest contacting your bank or trying an alternative payment method.

We also accept payments through PayPal Express Checkout. You will be directed to the PayPal system to log in to PayPal.

We do not accept payments by cheque or direct deposit.
