SE10 Gallery aim to make your online purchase with us an enjoyable experience. We have answered some of our customers frequently asked questions below. If at any point you would like further assistance and cannot find the answer below please complete our contact form (we'll respond within one business day).

Products

We pride ourselves on selling quality brands and products that will stand the test of time. Our products are imported from Britain or purchased via Australian distributors - all products come as described and pictured on our website with occasional colour variation however if the variation is significant we will mention this in the product description. We are often asked if we can do Typographic Maps in different sizes, locations and colours, unfortunately this is not possible.

Privacy

SE10 Gallery assures all their customers that we will protect your right to privacy. Any personal details supplied to us will not be disclosed, sold or rented to any individual or entity. Orders can be made online via the SE10 Gallery secure server. All information remains confidential and is protected for your privacy.

Pricing

All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes 10% GST.

Payment

We accept Visa and Mastercard payments directly on our website. All payments are processed using the secure eWay gateway and our site is protected with SSL technology. If you experience problems with your credit card unfortunately we are unable to intervene, often banks put temporary stops on credit cards to protect against fraud so if you are experiences issues with your card we suggest contacting your bank or trying an alternative payment method.

We also accept payments through PayPal Express Checkout. You will be directed to the PayPal system to enter your credit card details or log in to PayPal. Once you have completed your details you will then be directed back to the SE10 Gallery website to confirm the shipping rate and this is when a discount code (if applicable) can be entered.

We do not accept payments by cheque or direct deposit.

Delivery

Delivery Information:

We charge a flat delivery rate of $9.95 Australia wide for Austraila Post's eParcel Service. All orders over $150.00 within Australia are shipped free of charge. Express Post is also an option for faster delivery and can be selected at the check-out for the rate of $13.95. Orders sent via the eParcel service usually take between 3-5 business days to be delivered. Regional areas can have an additional 1-2 wait for delivery.

Our orders are processed by our warehouse at 11.00am (AEST) and orders placed before this time on business days (in South Australia) will be dispatched that day. Orders placed after 11.00am (AEST) will be dispatched on the next business day. If you urgently require your order we suggest selecting the Express Post option at the check-out. Our warehouse is located in Adelaide and unfortunately cannot accept personal visitors to collect orders due to occupational health and safety reasons.

Deliveries outside of Australia

Unfortunately due to high shipping costs we are unable to offer international shipping. If you are an overseas resident wishing to have a gift delivered to an Australian address we have a delivery option at the checkout to allow you to do this.

Damaged / Faulty Items

All items at SE10 Gallery are thoroughly checked and packaged with care. In the unlikely event that an item is faulty, damaged / broken please contact us immediately and we will organise a replacement. Faulty Goods can be returned with labels intact for an exchange or refund. If you receive a package which is visually damaged or opened, please ensure that you notify the carrier before signing for your package so the damage can be documented.

Returns / Exchanges

We hope you'll be impressed with your order. If upon receiving your order you are unhappy with any item please contact us within 7 days and return the item(s) in the original packaging and condition within 14 days and we will be happy to issue you with a refund or exchange an item if preferred. If you find that your selection is faulty or has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your purchase and we will arrange an exchange (or a refund if the product is out of stock). Please note that exchanges will be given if the item is unused with labels intact. All items exchanged due to change of mind will incur an extra delivery charge at the expense of the customer. There are no refunds or exchange on sale items. All returns are to be posted to the below address;

Missing Orders

All orders sent by SE10 Gallery will have a tracking number. Before contacting us to check on your delivery please enter your tracking number into the Australia Post website to see the tracking information. If for any reason your package does not arrive within a reasonable time please contact us so we can investigate it for you.
