Terms and Conditions

Privacy

SE10 Gallery assures all their customers that we will protect your right to privacy. Any personal details supplied to us will not be disclosed, sold or rented to any individual or entity.

Ordering Online

Orders can be made online via the SE10 Gallery secure server. All information remains confidential and is protected for your privacy.

Pricing

All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes 10% GST.  If ordering outside of Australia the GST component will be deducted once at checkout.  

Payment

    

We accept Visa and Mastercard payments directly on our website.  All payments are processed using the secure eWay gateway and our site is protected with SSL technology.

We also accept payments through PayPal Express Checkout.  You will be directed to the PayPal system to enter your credit card details or log in to PayPal.  Once you have completed your details you will then be directed back to the SE10 Gallery website to confirm the shipping rate and this is when a discount code (if applicable) can be entered.  Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours once payment confirmation has been received.  We will also accept payments via direct bank deposit, if you select this method instructions will be given at the checkout and your goods will be dispatched when payment has been received.

Deliveries and Shipping

Deliveries within Australia

All orders once processed and payment received will be sent to the customer. Depending on your location please allow between 2 – 5 working days for delivery. Larger items such as cushions and orders containing multiple items are sent via Australia Post's Parcel Post service.  Smaller orders are sent via Australia Post's Express Post service or courier.  We charge a flat rate of $9.95 for postage.  All orders over $100.00 within Australia are shipped free of charge.

Deliveries outside of Australia

Overseas orders will be dispatched within 24hrs and are sent via Australia Post Air Mail. Please allow orders to be received between 7 – 14 business days, some destinations may take longer. Please allow $20.00 for postage. International customers are responsible for their own local duties and taxes. We ask that you please contact us if your parcel does not arrive within the specified time.  If you need your goods faster please contact us before placing your order so we can obtain an international express courier quotation for you.

Damaged / Faulty Items

All items at SE10 Gallery are thoroughly checked and packaged with care. In the unlikely event that an item is faulty, damaged / broken please contact us immediately and we will organise a replacement. Faulty Goods can be returned with labels intact for an exchange or refund.  If you receive a package which is visually damaged or opened, please ensure that you notify the carrier before signing for your package so the damage can be documented.

Returns / Exchanges

We hope you'll be impressed with your order.  If upon receiving your order you are unhappy with any item please contact us within 7 days and return the item(s) in the original packaging and condition within 14 days and we will be happy to issue you with a refund or exchange an item if preferred.  If you find that your selection is faulty or has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your purchase and we will arrange an exchange (or a refund if the product is out of stock).  Please note that exchanges will be given if the item is unused with labels intact.  All items exchanged due to change of mind will incur an extra delivery charge at the expense of the customer.  There are no refunds or exchange on sale items.  All returns are to be posted to the below address and include a self addressed prepaid satchel for your new items to be returned in;

Missing Orders

All orders sent by SE10 Gallery will have a tracking number. If for any reason your package does not arrive within a reasonable time please contact us so we can investigate it for you.
